Ancilla Beef and Grain Farm raises beef in a caring environment. Attention is given to raising crops and animals without the use of potentially harmful additives. The grass fed cattle graze on our pastures from spring until early winter and are supplemented in the winter with the hay and silage. Ancilla grows its own hay, corn, soybeans, oats, alfalfa and triticale. We grind our own grain mixture and offer this to the cattle up to six months prior to market. Ancilla beef meets all USDA requirements, and is available in canned form at the main building of The Center.

The MoonTree complex is U.S. Green Building Council LEED® Gold certified. MoonTree Studios is a place where skilled facilitators in a variety of creative disciplines impart wisdom where the process is more important than the product, the exploration is more important than the outcome.
